A studio within a studio for the next generation of designers.

I had several internships as a student and later helped set up internship programs at automotive companies - but something always felt missing. I began asking myself:
How can we improve the learning experience for students joining design teams?
What could a truly unique setup look like in our industry?

From these questions, the Design Talent Studio was born - a dedicated space where students don’t just support projects, but lead them. Backed by a team of mentors and shaped through
a holistic, collaborative approach, it’s a space that brings fresh energy to the automotive world while empowering the next generation of creatives.

In the Design Talent Studio students work as a unified team on a shared design brief. This isn’t just about design; it’s a real-world challenge. They’ll manage roles, timelines, and budgets- essentially simulating the dynamic atmosphere of an actual design studio.

This innovative setup leads to meaningful learning experiences for everyone involved. Together we discover new collaborative methods, explore untapped tools, and create comprehensive projects that are ready to be showcased to the world.
The Outcome
Project o.0
Born inside the Design Talent Studio, Project o.0 explores a new vision for light electric mobility - modular, wearable, and emotionally connected.
It blends product, fashion, and automotive design into a bold concept that redefines what freedom, flexibility, and future-forward design can look like for the next generation.
